7.1 Inheritance — capstone: build a subclass

Write a complete program with the given Animal class and a subclass Cat that extends it.

Cat needs a constructor that passes the name up with super(name), and a method meow() returning the name followed by " says Meow".

Read one name, build a cat, then print its describe() (inherited, not rewritten) and its meow().
